Rico Valenzuela: Ladies and gentlmen, IXW fans of all ages!  We are live for another dose of IXW Saturday Night, and we've got a jam packed night of wrestling action that is sure to set things off early and often!  As always, I am Rico Valenzuela, and I am joined here at ring side by my good friend and broadcast partner, "Stunning" Scotty Starks.  Scotty, we are just one week away from a huge pay-per-view event, IXW's New Year's Bash, and tonight is a huge night gearing up for that show.  We've got a lot of questions left to answer about next week's card, and supposedly, there may be some shake-ups to what we thought we knew coming into tonight.

Scotty:  Rico, last week, IXW Midwest Champion, Michael Diaz, challenged both Craig "The Croc" Wilson and Jace Adair to a triple threat match for his title!  It's not often you see the reigning champion put himself in the line of fire like that, but Diaz is riding an incredible streak as of late.  If anyone is going to do it, I'd put my money on it being Mike Diaz.  Either way, we were handed a note just before we came on air.  It is signed by IXW co-owner and general manager, Jeremy Ewing.  It simply reads. "IXW Midwest Championship Triple Threat Match is on for New Year's Bash."

Rico: Huge news in itself, but the caveat at the bottom of the note is really what threw me off, Scotty.  Jace Adair and Craig Wilson are slated to fight tonight... as a tag team!  Even worse for them, they are scheduled to fight The Ascension!  This may not be pretty for Ace or Croc, Scotty.

Scotty:  Not at all.  J.A. and The Croc are certainly not on good terms as of late as they both compete to earn their shot at the IXW Midwest Championship.  Putting them in the ring together can get a little hairy on its own, but making them team up is even more explosive.  Not to mention that they will face perhaps the most feared tag team in the IXW!

Rico:  It's going to be crazy!  On the topic of crazy, the last two weeks we've seen Wonderful Wesley deal with some very odd distractions from some outside source.  Last week, the distraction actually cost him a match against Brian Blaze.  Wesley has personally asked for, and been granted a rematch against Blaze here tonight.  We can only hope that tonight is the end of all the weirdness surounding Wesley.

Scotty: Yeah, I know that IXW security is on full guard tonight.  Whoever has been messing with Wesley has been hacking into the lights and sound and taking over the jumbotron controls.  Needless to say, the IXW is doing everything they can to assure that this problem is solved.

Rico: We've also learned the Buck "The Stallion" Highland has earned a shot at The Jester here tonight as both men look to tune themselves up for matches on the upcoming pay-per-view card.  Highland is slated to fight on the main card thanks to his big win at last month's pay-per-view preshow.  Meanwhile, The Jester looks to reclaim his IXW Championship from Adrian Emerich next Saturday.

Scotty:  This is a huge opportunity for Highland.  It's not often that you get to go from opening a show to facing a former champ in such short order, but Buck has done a nice job taking advantage of the opportunities that he's been afforded.

Rico: I couldn't agree more, Scotty.  It's going to be an incredible night!

Scotty: Our first match tonight will pit Wayne Level against The Mastadon.  Level has been trying to push himself over the top toward title contention recently.  A win over The Mastadon would surely help matters.

Rico: I completely agree.  Level needs a win here tonight heading into the New Year's Bash in order to solidfy a potential spot on the card.

Scotty: At the same time, a win for The Mastadon may help to push him back up the ranks.

Rico:  Well, let's go ahead and get things underway here tonight, Scotty.

Scotty:  Let's head in to the ring to kick this show off with a bang!

Scotty:  Where is Brian Blaze?  What the heck is going on?

Rico: Not again!  Wesley is furious!

Scotty: Oh no!  Blaze is out cold backstage!  I have no idea what's happening!

Rico: Wait... Who is that?!  He's got Blaze!  My god!  This is insane!

Scotty: Rico, that is Bo Yost!  Yost is a former University of Michigan football player!  Do you not recognize him?

Rico: Okay, but what is he doing here?

Scotty:  It looks like he's come to fight Wonderful Wesley!

Rico: My god!  Yost with a huge slam!

Scotty: He's got the cover!  What a debut from Bo Yost, Rico!  This guy is the real deal!

Rico: It's hard for me to argue with that one, Scotty.  Yost looked incredible out there tonight!

Scotty:  The action keeps on rolling with our next match up, Rico.  Wonderful Wesley and Brian Blaze set to do battle in the squared circle next!

Rico: Wesley coming off a loss to Blaze, just last week, is looking to exact some revenge after being distracted by whoever has been causing him problems the last few weeks.

Scotty:  You can say that again, Rico.  I'm still a little creeped out by the inexplicable interruption during Wesley's matches recently.  No one in the back seems to have any clue what has been happening.  Kind of eerie when you really think about it.

Rico:  Either way, let's head to the ring for the action!  This is sure to be a great fight!

Rico: The Mastadon with a spectacular win here tonight over Wayne Level!

Scotty: And just a great all around match from these two superstars, Rico!

Rico: We're definitely off the a fast start with tonight's show!

Scotty:  Absolutely, Rico!  Mastadon and Wayne Level now how to get the crowd going!

Scotty:  So last week, Rico, The Undead beat Kezzer Drix and Rage thanks in part to an interruption from The Cartel.  I just received word that The Cartel are a little upset that The Undead were awarded the title shot at New Year's Bash.  We've got cameras in Alan Hinders's office right now, Rico!

Rico: Let's head back there and see what's going on!

Scotty:  I have to say that I was fairly impressed by the teamwork between Ace and Croc, Rico!  The gave The Ascension a run there!

Rico:  But did you notice that Ace didn't attempt to break up the final pin?  It was a little odd that he just left Croc hanging out to dry!

Scotty: Either way, I'm sure that will only serve to stoke the fires a little bit for New Year's Bash next week!

Rico: And The Ascension get yet another win and continue to dispatch all opposing teams!  The Undead better be ready for a dog fight next week, if they plan to take home the tag team gold!

Rico:  Either way, we've got to move on with tonight's matches.  We've got two top superstars set to do battle... as a tag team!  Jace Adair and Craig Wilson are currently entrenched in a battle to become the IXW Midwest Champion, and now, they will have to team up to face The Ascension!

Scotty: It should be interesting to say the least, Rico.  These two aren't necessarily on speaking terms as of late, and now they will have to face the force that is The Ascension!

Rico: Adair and Wilson will both face off against Mike Diaz next week at New Year's Bash in a triple threat match to determine the IXW Midwest Champion, but they've certainly got their hands full tonight as well, Scotty!

Scotty: I can't wait to see what kind of show this one turns out to be, Rico!

Rico: Tilt-a-whirl slam by The Stallion!  He's going for the cover...

Emerich: Look at that pathetic little clown... He's not kicking out!

Rico: Buck Highland with a huge win here tonight, folks!  He'll head into New Year's Bash on the highest of highs!  Whoever he faces next week is going to have their hands full!

Emerich:  And that clown will fail yet again to take my belt away... What a sad display from such a miserable little runt...

Scotty: Yeah, thanks for your time, Adrian... You can go now...

Emerich:  Did I hurt your feelings, Scotty?

Scotty:  I'll hurt more than your feelings, you...

Rico: Umm... yeah... Adrian, thank you so much for joining us here tonight!  Best of luck next week at New Year's Bash!

Emerich: I won't need your "luck," Rico.  And you're welcome.  I'm sure it was your pleasure.

Rico: Okay, well, that was fun... Anyway, Scotty is stepping away for a few moments, folks, but it's no worry.  I've just been informed that IXW general manager Jeremy Ewing is standing by with Sebastian Whitlock back stage with a big announcement!  Let's take a listen!

Sebastian: Thanks, Rico.  As you just said, I am here with one half of IXW's management team, Jeremy Ewing.  Mr. Ewing, you said that you had some big news regarding next weekend's New Year's Bash event.  Please, can you give us some more information?

Ewing: Absolutely, Sebastian.  On December 26th, one night before IXW's New Year's Bash, we will be hosting the first annual IXW award ceremony, titled "The Nelsons."  Obviously, we haven't had an entire year under our belts, but we felt that this was the perfect point on the calendar for an event like this.  We are looking forward to honoring some of the best performances of the year, and then putting on a fantastic show the following night at New Year's Bash.

Sebastian: Can you give us some more insight into what kind of awards you have planned?

Ewing: I will go one step further than that, Sebastian.  Let me also announce the nominees for each category as well!

Sebastian:  Wow! Okay!  Please, go right ahead!

Ewing: Alright, first of all we have The Nelson for "Breakout Star of the Year."  This award will go to the IXW superstar who has come out of nowhere to make a real splash on IXW cards.  The nominees are Wonderful Wesley, The Scorpion, and Wayne Level.  We will also be handing out a Nelson for the "Promo/Interview of the Year."  This will go to the superstar responsible for the best promo clip or interview.  The nominees are Mike Diaz for his "Diaz is trying to stay fresh" promo, Jace Adair for his "ProWrestling Illustrated: Ace Wants Belt, Not Afraid of Diaz" interview, and Craig Wilson for his "A brief clip from this evening's episode of Cops" promo.  Next we have The Nelson for the "Xtreme Moment of the Year."  It goes to the most memorable, most outrageous singular move of the year!  The nominees are Wondeful Wesley for his springboard backflip that smashed The Croc through the announce table, Jace Adair for setting The Scorpion on fire during their Inferno Match, and Buck "The Stallion" Highland for his power bomb elimination of Earthquake during the battle royale at the Retribution pre-show.

Sebastian:  Wow, some great nominees already!  Are there more awards?

Ewing: We aren't done yet!  The next award is for "Tag Team of the Year," and the nominees are The Ascension, The Undead, and Kezzer Drix and Rage.  We also have The Nelson for "Best Rivalry of the Year."  The nominees are Jace Adair versus The Scoprion, Michael Diaz versus Craig "The Croc" Wilson, and The Jester versus Adrian Emerich.  There's also The Nelson for "Match of the Year."  The nominees are the battle royale main event to crown the Midwest Champion at Miscreant Melee, the triple threat match from October 25th featuring Wayne Level, Craig Wilson, and Adrian Emerich, and also the tag team elimination match from November 1st featuring The Ascension versus Adrian Emerich and The Joel Johnston.  And of course, we have The Nelson for "Superstar of the Year."  The nominees are The Jester, Adrian Emerich, and Michael Diaz!

Sebastian:  That sounds like a fantastic show, Mr. Ewing!  Thanks for taking time to tell us about it!

Ewing: Sebastian, I will do anything to draw better ratings.... I mean... Yes, of course.  It should be a great show.

Mr. Rodriguez:  Yo, Mr. Heenderz... Those circus freaks wouldn't have beat Kezzer and Rage without us last week, homie.  We deserve that title shot!

El Hombre: Listen here, amigo.  We don't want you to hand us anything.  We want to earn it, no doubt.  Give us a match against those chicos The Undead tonight!  We win, we get the title shot, comprende?

Hinders: Guys, I don't know... This whole tag team title picture has gotten thrown all out of whack... I just...

Rodriguez: No hablo, Pablo... We won't take no for an answer!

Hinders: Alright... Fine.  You guys versus The Undead.  Their title shot at New Year's Bash is on the line... Is that better?

Hombre: Si, senor... Gracias.

Rico: Another match added to the fold for tonight!  A tag team championship title shot on the line for the second week in a row!  This is nuts!

Scotty: The Cartel versus The Undead, live tonight!

Rico: You've got to wonder though... Why would Mr. Hinders agree to this?  The Cartel haven't earned this opportunity!

Scotty:  Neither have The Undead, if you really think about it, Rico... I don't have any idea what he's thinking, but he makes the rules...

Rico: Either way, we are about to be joined by the IXW Champion himself, Adrian Emerich!  He's coming down to do a little announcing

Scotty: I'd rather have him here at the table than doing anything dastardly leading up to his big rematch with The Jester next week, Rico.

Rico: Adrian, thanks for joining us tonight.

Emerich: Gentlemen, the royalty has arrived. haha.

Scotty: Oh, brother.

Emerich:  Jealousy is a sad color for you to be wearing tonight, Starks.  Not so "stunning" when you're sitting next to the champ, huh?

Rico: Umm... Well, Adrian, we appreciate you joining us.  It's always nice to hear from the current champ.

Emerich: Yeah, it must be pretty depressing to sit out here every week with this blonde-haired, muscle-bound meat head, Rico.  I can understand why you'd be so appreciative to have someone else to talk to.

Scotty: Quite the comedian..

Rico:  Yeah, so... The Jester going to head to head with Buck Highland!  Let's head to the ring!

Scotty:  The Nelsons should be quite the extravaganza, Rico!

Rico:  Yeah, sounds like a great time!

Scotty: Do you think we get to hand out some awards?

Rico: I'm sure we will get to take part in at least some of the fun!  Either way, we've got a big match coming up! The Cartel versus The Undead for a shot at the IXW Tag Team Championship next week at IXW"s New Year's Bash!  Let's head to the ring and get it started!

Scotty:  The Scorpion forces El Hombre to tap out!  The Undead will face The Ascension next week for the Tag Team Championship Titles at New Year's Bash!

Rico:  Obviously, this is a huge win for The Undead!

Scotty: It doesn't get any bigger, Rico!

Rico: I... Wait.... Alan Hinders... What is he doing out here?

Rico: Okay, first of all, congratulations to The Undead on your big win tonight.  However, I need to take care of something real quick! I understand that Kezzer Drix and Rage put their title shot at New Year's Bash on the line, and I will admit that you did ultimately win that match.  With that said, I can't take away your title shot next weekend.  BUT... I can make sure that the IXW fans get to see the innaugural Tag Team Championship match that they deserve!  So, live here tonight, we are going to jump the gun a bit!  We are going to have Kezzer Drix and Rage take on The Ascension to end this show!  Even better yet?  The winner will head to New Year's Bash and the new IXW Tag Team Champions, and they will defend their belts against The Undead!

Rico:  The Tag Team Titles on the line here tonight?!  Are you kidding me!?  This is absolutely gigantic!  I can't believe it!

Scotty:  Rico, The Ascension have already fought here tonight... and it was a tough match! How is this even remotely fair to them?

Rico: Scotty, I've got no problems with The Ascension.  You know that I am big fan of theirs, but seriously, can you not be a buzz kill for once?  This match is going to be absolutely electric!  This is the match that we all wanted to see for the Tag Team Championships! And we get to see it a week earlier than we had originally thought!  And we get to crown new champions live tonight on IXW Saturday Night!  This is going to be awesome!

Scotty:  The ref just disqualified Rage!   Are you kidding me?!  That's a terrible officiating decision!

Rico:  It's just Kezzer left to defeat both Justin Andrews and Justin Stotts of The Ascension!

Scotty: Oh god!  The double team maneuver and Stotts covers Kezzer...

Rico: The Ascension are the new IXW Tag Team Champions, Scotty!  What a match!  What a show!  What a night!

Scotty:  Indeed it was!  We learned a lot about the upcoming pay-per-view and the rest of the weekend surrounding the event!  It should be a huge week for IXW!

Rico: We're looking to end the year with a bang, Scotty!  Folks, be sure to join us on Friday December 26th for the broadcast of The Nelsons, the 1st Annual IXW Awards Ceremony!  Then, of course, don't forget to come back the following night to check out all the action at IXW's New Year's Bash!  It's going to be a fantastic event from start to finish!  For everyone here at IXW, I am and Rico Valenzuela.  Ladies and gentlemen, good night!
