Rico Valenzuela: IXW fans, Happy New Year, and welcome to what is sure to be another fantastic year of wrestling action inside the ring here in the IXW! I am the man with the mic, Rico Valenzuela, and I am joined at ring side by the the legend, "Stunning" Scotty Starks! Scotty, I've been told that tonight's show may be the biggest IXW Saturday Night in the history of the company!
Scotty: Rico, last week at IXW's New Year's Bash, we were told that all three titles would be placed on the line here tonight! The IXW Championship match will pit current champion, Adrian Emerich against The Jester, once again. This time, it will take place in a ladder match! We've been told that if Emerich wins, we may begin to see some movement within the rankings in order to shake up the title picture. If The Jester wins, it would just go to prove that this rivalry is too good to move on from. These two have been entangled in a heated battle of tug-of-war for the past few months over the title.
Rico: We've also got the IXW Midwest Championship on the line. The reigning champ, Michael Diaz has shown no signs of slowing, and his impressive win streak has continued to grow. He will face off against long-time foe, Craig "The Croc" Wilson. They will do their damnedest to slam each other through a table to claim victory. We've also heard the same grumblings about this rivalry as well. Jace Adair has recently emerged as a new contender, but the Diaz versus Croc rivalry has become stale due to Diaz's dominance. Either way, if Diaz wins, we may see a new number one contender crowned here quickly in order to shake things up!
Scotty: Then you've got the Tag Team Championships. The Ascension have convincingly taken the tag team division by storm and they've secured the titles. We were told last week at New Year's Bash that the titles would be on the line, but we just received word that there's may be a little shake up to the plans!
Rico: Let's head to the ring where IXW co-General Manager, Jeremy Ewing is standing by with Liliana Gutierrez with more information!
Scotty: The Scorpion with a tremendous display of pure strength! Slamming Cater to the mat and going for the cover!
Rico: The Undead will advance to the next round, and their Tag Team Championship hopes are still alive!
Scotty: Up next, we've got the other first round match up between the team of Kezzer Drix and Rage against The Cartel! Let's keep this show moving along!
Scotty: Well, this certainly spices things up a bit, Rico! We've got a major tournament taking place tonight on top of all the other action slated to happen here tonight!
Rico: We better get thing rolling here, Scotty! We've got a lot of action to cram into tonight's show! Up first, we've got The Undead going head to head against Sudden Impact in first round action of the Tag Team Championship Number One Contender's Tournament.
Lilianna: The Cartel with a rematch against Rage and Kezzer in the first round. The Undead will face off against Sudden Impact in the other first round match up.
Ewing: It should be a great tournament. Best of luck to all of the teams involved!
Lilianna: We're definitely off the a fast start with tonight's show! Rico and Scotty, let's send it back over to you to help sort out how everything is going to work tonight with this big announcement!
Rico: Kezzer Drop, and the cover coming!
Scotty: The Cartel have been eliminated! Kezzer and Rage with a little redemption from last week, and they advance to face The Undead!
Rico: Scotty, I've just been told that there's something strange going on backstage... Let's head back there to see what's up!
Rico: Alright, folks. We've got the next round of tag team action coming up next, but before we head to the ring to watch The Undead take on the tag team of Kezzer Drix and Rage, we just received word on tonight's IXW Midwest Championship match. Scotty, I'll give you the honors!
Scotty: Alan Hinders has just sent us word that Jace Adair will replace Michael Diaz in tonight's table match against Craig "The Croc" Wilson. The winner will become the new IXW Midwest Champion!
Rico: There you have it! Croc and Ace facing off for IXW gold! Now let's get this show back on the road with the next fight!
Lilianna: Thank you, Rico. I am here with Mr. Ewing, and, sir, we've been told that you have some news regarding the tag team division, and more specifically, the Tag Team Championship. Can you please give us some more information about what you have in store for us here tonight?
Ewing: It's simple, Lily. The tag team division is the most competitive division in the IXW as of now. We've got five or six teams that could legitimately challenge for the title. My colleague mistakenly made the decision to claim that the winner of some random exhibition match was to be the new number one contender for the titles. How can you honestly think that only those two teams are in the running?
Lilianna: So, you are saying that The Cartel are not the actual number one contenders for the Tag Team Championships?
Ewing: I'm not saying that at all, Lil. I can't completely overrule my counterpart's decision, but I can change the plan a little to be sure that we are doing this thing right! So, The Cartel are currently the number one contender, but they will have to defend that right here tonight before getting an opportunity to compete for the Tag Team Championships. Live here tonight, we will be holding a Tag Team Championship Number One Contender's Tournament. The winner of the tournament will earn the opportunity to face The Ascension in tonight's main event for the Tag Team Championships!
Lilianna: Can you share some more information about the tournament? Perhaps a peek at the bracket?
Ewing: That's what this wheel is for. Let's take a few spins and see what we come up with
Rico: IXW Midwest Champ, Mike Diaz, has just arrived!
Scotty: Rico, there's something fishy about this... I just overheard someone calling for Alan Hinders to come to the ring immediately.
Rico: Folks, I apologize. None of this is planned. I'm not sure what's happening, but we will send you to the ring here to get a better idea.
Hinders: Ladies and gentlemen, I am sorry for this interruption, but I've been told that Michael Diaz has something to say here tonight. He has requested an opportunity to speak, and asked specifically for me to meet him here in the center of the ring. So to avoid further delay, Mike, please join us!
Diaz: Mr. Hinders, I'm done. I don't want this anymore. I'm tired of the same old crap over and over. You can have this. I'm stepping down as IXW Midwest Champion.
Rico: Umm... Scotty... Mike Diaz just walked away from the IXW Midwest Championship... Can he do that?
Scotty: I've never seen a champion just hand over his belt like that, Rico... I'm speechless...
Rico: Wow... I... I guess, the show must go on. Umm...
Rico: Up next, we've got an Extreme Rules match between Bo Yost and Wonderful Wesley!
Rico: Wesley from the top rope! He's got the cover! Yost kicks out!
Scotty: Scissor kick by Wesley! He's going for another cover!
Rico: Wonderful Wesley with a big victory tonight, handing Bo Yost his first loss inside the IXW ring!
Rico: Wrath has Rage up! Oh my god! What a devastating smash!
Scotty: He's not getting up from that one, Rico. This match is over. The Undead has earned the right to face The Ascension in tonight's main event!
Rico: Wow. The Undead have been extremely impressive tonight, Scotty. They are on a mission!
Scotty: So the rest of the night is set, and the remaining lineup is going to be incredible! Three championship tilts up coming, Rico!
Rico: First up, the newly vacant IXW Midwest Championship!
Scotty: Jace Adair has been handed a golden opportunity here tonight, but he's got Craig "The Croc" Wilson standing in his way! Either way, the first one to slam their opponent through a table will leave here tonight as the new IXW Midwest Champion! Let's head to the ring! I've got goosebumps already, Rico!
Scotty: Ace has Croc sprawled out on the table!
Rico: J.A. is headed up top! This is high risk!
Scotty: Adair is the new champion! Jace Adair has claimed the IXW Midwest Championship! What a match!
Rico: What a match is right, but we've got to keep this show moving. We're up against a deadline!
Scotty: Absolutely! Up next, the IXW Champion, Adrian Emerich will defend his title against The Jester!
Rico: As always, these two are sure to put on a show! Sit down and strap in, folks!
Rico: Where's The Jester? Umm...
Scotty: The Jester is a no-show? Something isn't right here! What do we do now?
Rico: Michael Diaz?! What's he doing out here?!
Scotty: Looks like he's challenging Adrian Emerich for the IXW Championship! Diaz just gave the IXW Midwest Championship away, so he's free to throw himself into another title hunt! Let's get this match started!
Rico: Diaz with two huge moves from the top of the ladder... Emerich is out cold!
Scotty: Diaz struggling to get the belt loose! But Emerich still isn't moving!
Rico: Michael Diaz! The new IXW Champion! What a crazy turn of events that have led us to this point here tonight!
Scotty: Two new champions and another championship tilt left on the docket!
Scotty: Alright, folks. As we've said many times here tonight, we've got a full slate of fights and tight window of time to fit them all in. We've got one match left, and boy is it a big one!
Rico: Absolutely! Let's take a quick peek at the Tag Team Championship Number One Contender's Bracket that has gotten us to this point, Scotty!
Scotty: The Undead eliminated Rage and Kezzer and have moved on to claim a rematch against The Ascension for the Tag Team Championships.
Rico: Let's head to the ring, Scotty! Tag Team Titles on the line!
Scotty: Are you kidding me? Scorpion has Stotts up! Wrath takes down Andrews!
Rico: Oh my god! The Undead have done the unthinkable! They've won three straight fights tonight and have stripped The Ascension of the IXW Tag Team Championships!
Scotty: What an unforgettable night! If this is any indication of what 2015 will look like, we are in for one helluva year!
Rico: I couldn't have said it better myself, Scotty! However, we are absolutely out of time, I've got people barking in my ear. We've got to go, folks. Thanks for joining us for tonight's IXW Saturday Night! We will see you in one week!
