Rico Valenzuela: IXW fans, it's Saturday night yet again, and we are live!  Just one week removed from an incredible card at IXW's Retribution, we've got a lot to catch you all up on, if you missed last week's pay-per-view extravaganza!  I'm Rico Valenzuela, and I am joined here at ringside by my good buddy "Stunning" Scotty Starks!  Scotty, we saw The Jester reclaim the IXW Championship last week at Retribution, as he forced Adrian Emerich to verbally quit and yield the title.

Scotty:  It was quite a shocking outcome, Rico.  I would have never imagined in a million years that I would have heard those words uttered from the lips of Adrian Emerich, but I was sitting right here at ring side when it happened. I can promise you.  It was for real!

Rico: We also saw IXW Midwest Champion, Michael Diaz, retain his belt in a dominant performance against Craig "The Croc" Wilson.

Scotty:  Just  a dominant display from Diaz.  He's been on an absolute tear as of late. I'm just going to come out and say it, Rico.  There may not be a scarier fighter in all of IXW.  Diaz is a monster.  He may never lose that belt.  I don't know that anyone can take it away from him at this point.

Rico:  Scotty, "The Croc" has put Diaz in a couple tough spots.  He just hasn't quite had enough to get himself over the hump. I will admit that Diaz has been impressive, but I think you can catch him.  It's just going to take the right opponent on the right night.

Scotty: You just don't see Mike Diaz have many bad nights, Rico.  He's an animal.

Rico: Speaking of championship belts, Scotty.  How did we forget to mention tonight's main event matchup?  A rematch between Adrian Emerich and The Jester... in a ladder match!  Can you believe that?!  Live on air here for the whole world to see!

Scotty:  What a huge announcement to end the show last week!  Just as soon as we had thought that things were over, Jeremy Ewing comes out and announces the rematch for tonight!  It was a wild twist at the end of night.

Rico: No doubt about it!  Obviously, we're looking forward to that, but we've got more big news to talk about from Retribution as well.  Scotty, we've now learned the two teams that will compete at next month's New Year's Bash to become the first ever IXW Tag Team Champions!

Scotty: The Ascension versus Kezzer Drix and Rage!  I couldn't be more excited about this match!  I just wish that we didn't have to wait a whole month to see it happen, Rico!

Rico: Me either, Scotty!  I couldn't have hand-picked two better teams to go head to head for the innaugural Tag Team Titles!  It's going to be epic!

Scotty: Rico, I just got word that we've got a special guest headed out to the ring....

Rico:  You don't sound too pleased about that, Scotty.  Is it who I think it is?

Scotty:  Of course it is... Let's head into the ring to hear from IXW co-general manager and co-owner, Jeremy Ewing.

Rico:  Powerslam by Earthquake!  This match is over!  There's no way he's getting up from that!

Scotty:  Earthquake gets the win here tonight, but I have a feeling that these two may not be done with one another.

Rico:  I think you're probably right, Scotty.

Wayne Level:  Woah, woah, woah.  We wanna talk 'bout deservin'?  Fools, I been the hottest dude on the block!  I ain't 'bout to sit back and let you jokers go after dat gold.  Count me in!  Let's do dis!

Rico:  Alright, Scotty, I've been looking forward to this since we got the show layout at the beginning of the night.  What's the next segment written down as, Scotty?  Can you read that for the folks at home?

Scotty: My sheet reads, "Craig Wilson Promo."

Rico:  That's right!  A live appearance here tonight from The Croc!  He's always entertaining!

Jace:  Hold on just a hot damn second, Crocodile Dundee!  You've been too busy sipping on the sauce and trying to get your salad tossed to be fully prepared for your shots at the title!  I'm sick an damn tired of watching you parade around in this ring getting your shrimp thrown all over the barbie.  If there's anyone that deserves a title shot at New Year's Bash against Diaz, it's me!  I just put myself through literal hell at Retribution, and more importantly, I actually won!  How about I come on down there and whip your Aussie ass just to prove my point?

Croc:  Alright, mates.  Let me level with you all for a few.  Mike Diaz is one tough dude.  I came ready to rumble at Retribution, but he got the best of me without question.  If my hat weren't so famous, I'd take it off right now to him!  Jokes aside though, mates. I'm going to be ready for another shot against Mikey D at New Year's Bash.  I want that sweet, shiny belt to take to the club.  Do you have any idea how many broads would want to hang with a dude carrying that bling around?  ...I mean, it would be an honor to serve as a champion for this great organization, or whatever I'm supposed to say.  Either way...

*Jace Adair's music begins to blare through the arena.*

Scotty:  During last week's Retribution pre-show, we were treated to a six-man over-the-top battle royale.  The winner has been promised a slot on the main card at next month's New Year's Bash.

Rico: We saw Buck "The Stallion" Highland get the win, but even more impressive was his powerbombing Earthquake out of the ring to eliminate him from the match!

Scotty:  Earthquake specifically requested another go at ole Buck here tonight, Rico!  He's revved up and ready to go!  I sure hope Highland knows what he's gotten himself into with this one!  A ticked off Earthquake isn't a fun sight for anyone!

Jeremy:  Oh my?  Are all of those boos for me?  haha.  Are you derelicts finished yet?  Good.  I'd like to first of all thank everyone for tuning in to last week's pay-per-view.  IXW Retribution was the highest grossing pay-per-view event so far for us, and I'm assuming that the New Year's Bash will only improve upon those numbers.  Speaking of New Year's Bash, as you all know, we will be crowing Tag Team Champions for the first time here in IXW.  With the creation of a new tag team division, we've been doing what we can to expand the roster to create further competition without depleting our singles division.  Therefore, I'd love to announce the addition of a new tag team to our roster!  Tonight's show will kick off with them in the ring against the newly formed team of Wrath and The Scorpion, or The Undead, as they like to call themselves.  So without further ado, let me introduce you to El Hombre and Mr. Rodriguez, The Cartel!

Rico: Mr. Rodriguez with the cover on The Scorpion!

Scotty: He's go the three count!  The Cartel escape with a win in their IXW debut!

Rico: Two good looking tag teams in action here tonight, Scotty!  The IXW Tag Team division is really starting to take shape!

Scotty:  There are a lot of good already, Rico.  I'm looking forward to seeing how the tag team race continues to take shape.

Wonderful Wesley:  Are you all serious?  If we're gonna talk about number one contenders, and Wayne Level gets to put his name in hat, then Wonderful Wesley ain't about to sit back and let this go down without a fight!

Scotty:  It's that time, Rico!  The IXW Championship is on the line for the first time in IXW Saturday Night history!

Rico: That's right, this is the first time that we will see the title defended on any card other than a pay-per-view!

Scotty: And not just defended, Rico! It's a ladder match!

Rico: Adrian Emerich is only one week removed from his reign as IXW Champ, but he'll have a chance to snatch the gold back from The Jester in just a few short moments!

Scotty:  The Jester certainly won't let that happen easily, Rico!  He's been pretty excited about having his belt back!

Rico:  I will say this though, he did seem a little dismissive of Emerich's chances here tonight.  Let's just hope that the champ isn't looking past his opponent!

Scotty:  Ace with the win!  He's now guaranteed a title shot against Mike Diaz at New Year's Bash!

Rico:  The Croc looks absolutely devastated!  He lost his number one contender status and didn't even get pinned!

Scotty: What a huge win for J.A.!

Rico: What a crushing defeat for Craig Wilson!

Rico: Emerich's going up the ladder!  He may have it right here!

Scotty: Adrian Emerich regains the IXW Championship!  Just one week after being forced to give up, Emerich pulls out a gutsy, brutal performance here tonight to take back the title that he just lost at IXW Retribution.

Rico: Well, Adrian Emerich can add his name to the two-time IXW Champions' list!

Scotty:  What a match, Rico!  I'm still trying to catch my breath!

Sebastian: Thanks, Rico and Scotty.  I am joined by IXW co-owner and general manager, Jeremy Ewing.  Mr. Ewing, we've seen Adrian Emerich and The Jester go head to head for quite some time now.  Obviously, Emerich just regained control of the IXW Championship with his win moments ago, but what would you say to fans that are starting to call for new blood in the rivalry?

Jeremy:  I can tell you fhis, Sebastian.  I have no desire to move anyone else into contention for this title at the moment.  There's no one even close to this level at this point in time.  Mike Diaz is the IXW Midwest Champion, and, after tonight, Jace Adair is his number one contender.  As we've seen the last two weeks, The Jester and Adrian Emerich are a perfect match up for one another.  The ratings are up when they fight, and my wallet gets fatter everytime I put them in the ring against one another!

Sebastian:  So what do you have in store to spice up this rivalry?

Jeremy:  What do I have in store to "spice it up a bit?'  Hmmm, well let's start by first of all saying that regardless of who is the champion at the time, those two will absolutely be fighting for the IXW Championship.  I will have some more surprises for you down the road, but as for now, let's talk about next week!  With the title changing hands each of the last two weeks, I can't in good conscience let it go undefended next week.  So one week from tonight, the main event will be an extreme rules, falls count anywhere, IXW Championship match between The Jester and the newly crowned Champ, Adrian Emerich!

Sebastian: Another title defense on IXW Saturday Night, one week from tonight!  Ladies and gentlemen, we are out of time, but for Rico Valenzuela and "Stunning" Scotty Starks, and the rest of the IXW crew, thank you all so much for joining us!  Until next week!

Alan Hinders:  All of you stop right there!  Not a single one of you has the authority to declare yourselves as the new number one contender for any title!  If you want to settle this, you're gonna need the approval of an IXW General Manager.... oh wait, I happen to be an IXW General Manager!  How about this?!  Fatal Four Way match!  Right now!  The winner becomes the number one contender for the IXW Midwest Championship and will stamp his ticket for a match against Michael Diaz at New Year's Bash!  May the best man win!

Rico:  Scotty, don't get too worked up, but I was just told that Sebastian Whitlock is backstage with Jeremy Ewing, and he's requesting that we cut to him for an interview!

Scotty: What now?

Rico: Only one way to find out!
