Rico Valenzuela: IXW fans, welcome to another installment of IXW Saturday Night!  I'm Rico Valenzuela, and I am joined here at ring side by my colleague, "Stunning" Scotty Starks.  We're just two weeks away from IXW Retribution, and the card has continued to take shape.  As we move closer to November 22nd, things will only continue to become more and more clear.  Both The Jester and Adrian Emerich will fight tonight in order to move one step toward deciding who will choose the match type for their IXW Championship rematch.

Scotty:  I've also been told that we will see the impressive new tag team, The Ascension in action again live here tonight.  I will tell you what, Rico.  The tag team division is really going to start taking shape with some folks stepping up to slow down these two.  Justin Andrews and Justin Stotts made quite the first impression last week with simultaneous submission victories over Adrian Emerich and Joel Johnston in a tornado tag elimination match.

Jeremy: Ahh, yes... I love the boos.  Please, continue...

(Jeremy pauses while the crowd erupts with a loud boo.)

Jeremy: Last week, Craig "The Croc" Wilson was smart enough to let himself slip up on social media.  He then failed to accomplish the simple tasked that I placed in front of him to avoid any punishment.  As I announced last week, Wilson will face Adrian Emerich and The Joel Johnston in a handicapped match tonight.  We also plan to display some more of the emerging tag team division here in the IXW. Not only will you see The Ascension make their 2nd straight appearance on IXW Saturday Night, but you will also see the team of Kezzer Drix and Rage make their official tag team debut!  And in tonight's main event, Jace Adair will go head to head with former IXW Champion, The Jester.

(The crowd cheers enthusiastically.)

Jeremy: I'd also like to take this opportunity to make some further announcements about IXW Retribution, which is set to take place two short weeks from tonight.  You're all aware that Adrian Emerich and The Jester will have their rematch.  We've already announced the Michael Diaz will defend his IXW Midwest Championship against Craig Wilson, and you've recently learned that Jace Adair will face off against The Scorpion in an Inferno match!  What you have not heard is that we will begin a four team, tag team championship tournament at IXW Retribution!  I'm happy to announce to you that we will see both of the semi-final matches live at Retribution.  Those two winning teams will stamp their tickets for a one-way trip to the following pay-per-view where we will crown the innaugural IXW Tag Team Champions!

(The crowd erupts!)

Jeremy: I thought that you sheep would get all giddy about that one.  Enjoy the show tonight, and don't forget to spend plenty of cash at the concession stands and merchandise vendors.  haha

Rico: No doubt about it, Scotty.  Either way, I just received word that IXW owner and general manager, Jeremy Ewing is on his way out to give us some insight into tonight's card.

Scotty:  Ugh... This guy makes my skin crawl.... Wait... Is my mic still on?

Rico: Tag Team Championship tournament?!  Count me among the sheep, I guess!  That's huge news, Scotty!

Scotty: Rico, The Ascension have come in and turn the IXW on its ear!  I think Mr. Ewing sees the earning potential in putting gold straps around the waist of those two!

Rico: There's no guarantee that they emerge as the champions, Scotty.  But I see what you're saying.  How about we go ahead and head into the ring and take another peek at The Ascension in action?  Justin Andrews and Justin Stotts, The Ascension, going head to head with Wonderful Wesley and Terrance Brock!

Scotty:  Let's get to it, Rico!

Rico:  The Stallion puts an end to Level's win streak!  That's a great win for Highland!

Scotty:  And a tough loss for Wayne Level.

Rico: Most definitely.  Wayne was working on putting himself in line for some high profile matches, but this loss will set him back a bit.

Scotty:  It's too bad.  Wayne's a hard working young wrestler with a lot of talent.  I'm sure that we will see him come back strong from this one.

Rico:  It is nice to see Buck Highland back in action after a couple weeks off.  He's been pretty quiet recently, so it was good to see him back inside the ring.

Scotty:  You know what, Rico?  Some guys just don't work the mic a lot.  That does have an effect on their career trajectory.  You have to get yourself noticed by the fans, if you want to keep you place on fight cards week in and week out.

Rico:  That's a great point, Scotty.  Highland isn't the only IXW Superstar that's fallen victim to this.  Take a look at Thorbjorn Modi, for example. This guy was fighting for the IXW Championship a few months ago, and now we haven't as much as spoke his name for a couple weeks.

Scotty: When you get into this business it's all about selling yourself to the paying customer, Rico.  You've gotta market your product!

Rico: Speaking of guys that know how to market their product.  How about we get back into the ring! Jace Adair and The Jester are set to go head to head!

Rico:  Jace is going for a steel chair!

Scotty:  Look out!  Here comes The Scorpion!!  He took the chair from Adair!!.

Rico: Ace just booked it right out of the ring!  Wait a second... Scorpion, NO!

Scotty: My god!  Scorpion hit The Jester!  What the hell is going on?

Rico:  J.A. lands the super kick and he's got the cover.  Jace Adair wins!

Scotty:  I don't know that The Scorpion intended for things to end this way, but Adrian Emerich has to be drooling over this one!  He'll have a chance to even the series with The Jester later tonight!

Rico:  Scotty, do you believe in miracles?  Croc's going up top!

Scotty:  Moonsault!  My god, Croc's gonna win this thing!

Rico: Craig "The Croc" Wilson!  I'm speechless!   Ladies and gentlemen, we're out of time here tonight.  Thanks for joining us for another successful IXW Saturday Night.  Until next week, I am Rico Valenzuela signing off for the "Stunning" Scotty Starks and the rest of the IXW crew.  See you in a week, wrestling fans!

Rico: This wasn't one-sided, but the result remains the same, Scotty.  The Ascension emerges victoriously with another solid win.

Scotty: Wesley and Brock have tagged before, so this isn't a slouch team.  The Ascension are for real, Rico!

Rico: Well, I'm sure that this win cements their place in the upcoming tournament at IXW Retribution.  The question remains to be whether or not there is a single team that can stop these two!

Rico:  That's a great point, Scotty.  The Jester currently still clings to a 1-0 lead over Emerich.  If Emerich and Johnston beat The Croc tonight, the series is all tied up!

Scotty: You want to talk about distinct advantages? Let's talk for a minute about this next match up, Rico.  Kezzer Drix and Rage have been working together for years!  The Mastadon and Bryan Carter have never worked together as a tag team before tonight!

Rico:  Scotty, I think we're going to see a lot of tag teams formed over the next few months with new Tag Team titles being formed in just a short time.

Scotty:  I suppose you're right, Rico.  Either way, it's going to be fun to see Kezzer and Rage back together again!

Rico:  Alright, Scotty!  It's main event time!  Craig "The Croc" Wilson faced with insurmountable odds here tonight.  He's going up against both The Joel Johnston AND the IXW Champion, Adrian Emerich!

Scotty: It may not be a pretty picture for The Croc tonight, Rico.

Rico: It sure doesn't look that way, Scotty.

Scotty: I guess that's what happens when you bite the hand that feeds you though.

Rico: That's for sure, Scotty.  Let's head to the ring for the action!

Scotty:  Theses two look sharp in there together tonight, Rico.  Rage and Kezzer picking up where they left off!

Rico:  Mastadon and Carter have been game though, Scotty.

Scotty: Uh oh!  Kezzer's got him up!  Kezzer Drop!  Boom!

Rico: Here's the cover!  Kezzer and Rage with the win!  What a match!

Scotty: Speaking of people on impressive streaks, how about Wayne Level?

Rico: An improbable triple threat win a couple weeks ago, and then he spoils the IXW debut of Rage last week.  Level is making a name for himself!

Scotty: Well, he gets an opportunity to extend his streak with a match against Buck "The Stallion" Highland here tonight.

Rico: That's a good solid opponent for Wayne.  This should be a good matchup, partner!
