Sebastian Whitlock: Ladies and gentlemen, as always, I am so thrilled to be here live to host the IXW pay-per-view pre-show! I'm Sebastian Whitlock, and tonight we've got one half of IXW ownership headed to the ring as I speak to announce tonight's pre-show match! Let me tell you what, folks! You're in for a treat! Let's head into the ring and hear from IXW co-owner and general manager, Alan Hinders!
Alan: IXW fans! Thank you for joining us for yet another IXW pay-per-view! In just a few short moments, IXW Retribution will kick off, and I can assure you that it will absolutely blow you away! Not only are both IXW straps on the line live here tonight, but we will also see Jace Adair and The Scorpion go head to head inside a wall of flames in an Inferno match! If that weren't enough, we will also see the two semi-final round matches in the IXW Tag Team Championship Tournament! With the likes of the red hot newcomers, The Ascension, and the proven, grizzled veteran duo of Kezzer Drix and Rage, the star power in that tournament is unprecedented. With all that said, I still felt like we needed to do more! So, just to get things heated up a little early, I'm happy to announce tonight's pre-show fight!...
Alan: Live here tonight we will award one fighter with a guaranteed slot on next month's pay-per-view main card! The winner of this match WILL have a match at IXW's New Year's Bash! Even better yet, tonight's pre-show match will be a six man, over-the-rope battle royal! Your entrants will be Thorbjorn Modi, Buck "The Stallion" Highland, The Joel Johnston, Boston Strong, Wonderful Wesley, and Earthquake! May the best man win! And most importantly... Enjoy the show! Sebastian: Didn't I tell you? A six-man, over-the-top battle royal on the pre-show! This is incredible! Even better yet, we will get our first sneak peek at who will be competing live on pay-per-view on December 27th at IXW's New Year's Bash! What a huge announcement! What a huge night of fights we have in store for us here tonight! With that said, let's not waste anymore time! Let's head into the ring and get this six-man rumble underway!
Sebastian: Modi eliminates Wonderful Wesley in the early going! We're down to just five men left!.... Earthquake and Highland have Johston on the ropes... He's gone! The Joel Johnston has been eliminated! There are just four men remaining!... A huge right hand from Highland sends Modi to the canvas! Modi is done for the night, and we're down to only three!... Another team up from Earthquake and Highland! This time it's Boston Strong on the wrong end of the deal! Just two men remain, but there's only one slot guaranteed on the New Year's Bash main card!... OH MY GOD! Highland has Earthquake up! Look at the raw power! No way?! The Stallion just dumped Earthquake to the floor! You've got to be kidding me! This is unbelievable! Buck Highland will fight on the main card at New Year's Bash! What a night for The Stallion! What an incredible match!
(The crowd begins to chant, "Stallion, Stallion, Stallion...")
Sebastian: Highland has drawn a standing ovation here in the arena! This crowd is absolutely going bonkers! If the pre-show is any sort of indication of what we can expect from the main card, hold on to your bonnets boys and girls! We're just moments away from the start of the pay-per-view main card. Rico Valenzuela: Talk about getting started with a bang! Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Rico Valenzuela and this is IXW Retribution! I'm joined here at ring side by my main man, "Stunning" Scotty Starks! Scotty, I'm gonna go out on a bit of a limb here and say that we are in for one hell of a show! ...And I can say that because we're on pay-per-view! haha!
Scotty: Rico, you can say hell any time you please. (Scotty shakes his head in disgust.)
Rico: Really? Hmm.
Scotty: Anyway... Yes, it is going to be an incredible night, Rico! Both IXW titles are on the line, they are going to set fire to the very ring that sits in front of us, and we are going to move one step closer to crowning the innaugural IXW Tag Team Champions! It doesn't get much bigger than that, buddy!
Rico Valenzuela: Even better yet, Scotty. Both of tonight's tag team matches will be elimination tag format!
Scotty: Just adding another layer to the excitement, Rico! I can't wait to see The Ascension in action here tonight. This will be their first appearance in the ring at an IXW pay-per-view, and the stakes couldn't be bigger!
Rico: They will go head to head against Bryan Carter and Lex Xander, who have begun to call themselves by the moniker, Sudden Impact!
Scotty: You want to talk about impact, Rico? Xander and Carter are both known for their hardcore wrestling background. That impact is likely coming with a steel chair or a baseball bat at the end of it!
Rico: That was clever as hell, Scotty!
Scotty: Ugh... Moving on...
Rico: How about the team of Kezzer Drix and Rage going up against the surprisingly potent combination of Wayne Level and Jun Chen? The vested veterans taking on the scrappy youngsters!
Scotty: Don't count Level and Chen out of this one, Rico. They are hungry, and they could catch Kezzer and Rage looking past them here tonight!
Rico: I've been waiting for this opportunity all week... Thanks for the set up, Scotty... So if they are able to knock off Kezzer and Rage, you could say that it would be time for every one to Wayne Chen tonight? hahaha
Scotty: My sweet lord... this is going to be a long night. Let's head to the ring and keep you from talking for a bit... Kezzer Drix and Rage are set to do battle with Wayne Level and Jun Chen!
Rico: (singing) Everybody Wanye Chen tonight!
Scotty: Can we cut his mic, please?
Rico: Jun Chen gets the pin on Rage! It's two on one now!...
Scotty: Kezzer Drop! Level is too slow to break up the pin! It's just Wayne Level and Kezzer Drix left now!...
Rico: Absolute brutaility by Kezzer there, Scotty! He comes back and defeats both Level and Chen to win the match after Rage is pinned!
Scotty: What a performance all around! Chen and Level brought the heat tonight, and they gave it one heck of a run!
Rico: You could even say, they gave it one hell of a run!
Scotty: Yes. Yes, you could say that...
Rico: Up next we've got the other semi-final match up in the Tag Team Championship Tournament! The Ascension goes toe to toe with Sudden Impact!
Scotty: Justin Andrews and Justin Stotts of The Ascension have been absolutely dominant thus far in the IXW. They have decimated anything and everyone in their path. I can't wait to see these guys under the brightest spotlights in wrestling!
Rico: Sudden Impact isn't a joke of an opponent though, Scotty. As we said earlier, Xander and Carter have been around awhile as well, and they both don't have any issue with weilding a weapon or two, if the going gets tough.
Scotty: It won't be easy for either side in this one, but luckily, we are here to witness it all from the best seats in the house!
Rico: Couldn't ask for anything better! Let's head into the ring for another elimination tag team match to determine who will face the team of Kezzer Drix and Rage next month at IXW's New Year's Bash for a chance to claim the Tag Team Championship!
Rico: Andrews with the huge slam! The cover on Xander!...
Scotty: Bryan Carter has to now face The Ascension alone! This won't be pretty, Rico!
Rico: Forget not being pretty! This could be short! Andrews locks in the submission!
Scotty: Carter taps! Andrews just eliminated both men from Sudden Impact within a minute of one another!
You could even say, they gave it one hell of a run!
Rico: Another dominant performance by The Ascension here tonight, Scotty!
Scotty: Absolutely! These two are on a mission to become to first ever IXW Tag Team Champions!
Rico: The Ascension versus Kezzer and Rage at IXW's New Year's Bash with the IXW Tag Team Titles on the line! It's over a month away, and I can't wait!
Scotty: I imagine that these two teams will have more than enough to say to one another during the coming weeks, Rico! This should be fun!
Rico: Speaking of fun! Did you notice the temperature getting a little warmer in here, Scotty?
Scotty: It's inferno time, Rico!
Rico: Jace Adair and The Scorpion are set to do battle completely surrounded by a ring of flames! It doesn't get anymore extreme than this!
Scotty: Folks at home, it may be a good time to send the kids to bed. It's likely that this may get ugly quick!
Rico: MY GOD!! Someone get the paramedics out here! The Scorpion is on fire!
Scotty: Ace gets the win, but my lord... I can't believe what we just witnessed! You can smell The Scorpion's flesh burning from here!
Rico: What a huge win for J.A.! We can only hope that The Scorpion is okay after all of this. My god...
Scotty: What a match! What a victory for Adair! What a night this has been already!
Rico: We're just getting started too, Scotty! We've got two championship matches left to go!
Scotty: It's just the icing on the cake, Rico! What a great night of action!
Rico: Up next, we've got the IXW Midwest Champion Michael Diaz set to defend his title against Craig "The Croc" Wilson!
Scotty: We're going to need to see The Croc have the fight of his life, if he plans to take home that strap here tonight, Rico. Diaz has been an absolute beast as of late. He hasn't lost in quite some time!
Rico: Wilson just gave up! Diaz retains the IXW Midwest Championship in tremendous fashion!
Scotty: This guy may be unbeatable, Rico! Diaz cannot lose right now!
Rico: The Croc gave it one hell of a run, but in the end Diaz still keeps the gold!
Scotty: Rico, we all get it. You can stop at any time... Seriously.
Rico: What?...
Scotty: The IXW Championship on the line next! Adrian Emerich is set to defend his belt for the first time against the former champ, The Jester!
Rico: Don't forget, Scotty! This is an I Quit match! The only way to win is make your opponent submit!
Scotty: The Jester won a head to head tie-breaker just last week to earn the right to choose the match type for tonight's title fight. It took a long time and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to get here, but it's finally time!
Rico: It's been a grueling struggle to get to this point. These two men have faced some tough challenges since their last title match!
Rico: The Jester is looking to regain his IXW Championship and become the first two-time IXW Champ, but I can tell you this, Emerich isn't going to let him take it back without a fight!
Scotty: That goes without saying. These two don't care much for one another.
Rico: Scotty, what do you say? Should we head to the ring and get this show on the road?
Scotty: Absolutely, Rico! The IXW Heavyweight Championship is on the line! Adrian Emerich. The Jester. The I Quit Match!
Rico: What a dominant outing for The Jester! He's regained the gold! Jester is the IXW Champion again!
Scotty: What a disappointing night for Adrian Emerich. His first title defense, and he's forced into submission!
Rico: I can't believe that Emerich actually said it! I can't believe that The Jester made the champ say, "I Quit!"
Scotty: Ladies and gentlemen, the two-time IXW Champion! The Jester! What a moment for this man! Celebrating his victory in front of a capacity crowd! Listen to this crowd, Rico! They love The Jester!
Rico: Hold on, Scotty... I just got word that we are quite done yet...
Scotty: What are you talking about, Rico? The fights are all done...
Rico: Well, IXW co-owner and general manager, Jeremy Ewing is on his way out here now!
Scotty: What the hell does he have to say?
Rico: Ah ha!
Scotty: Yeah. Yeah... I got it, Rico.
Jeremy: Boys and girls! What a night it's been! IXW Retribution has been a smash hit from start to finish! We've seen just about every kind of wrestling action that one could dream of! We've seen champions crowned, we've seen men burned alive, we've had submission, and we've had pin falls! It's been an absolutely incredible night! However, why let the fun stop here? I'd like to make a little announcement about next week's IXW Saturday Night! Live one week from tonight... the newly crowned IXW Champion, The Jester will defend his title against none other than Adrian Emerich... LIVE ON IXW SATURDAY NIGHT! haha. Now, here's the real kicker! The Jester had his day in the sun. He got to pick tonight's match stipulation, and he won fair and square. I will give him that. However, next week on IXW Saturday Night, I want to up the stakes just a bit! When The Jester and Adrian Emerich climb into the ring, the IXW Championship belt will be positioned high above the ring! The winner will have to scale a steel ladder to retrieve the title. That's right! A LADDER MATCH! LIVE ON IXW SATURDAY NIGHT! ONE WEEK FROM TONIGHT! We will see you then!
Rico: MY GOD! A ladder match? On IXW Saturday Night? One week from tonight? For the IXW Championship Title?
Scotty: Yes, Rico. That's what the man said!
Rico: This may be the biggest fight to ever take place on an IXW Saturday Night card, Scotty! This is huge!
Scotty: No rest for The Jester! He'll have to turn around and defend his title on short notice!
